FOT-LI FÓRMULA ANTIGA

  • TYPE: VERMOUTH
  • ORIGIN: REUS (SPAIN)
  • VARIETES: WHITE GRENACHE
  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 16% VOL.

Production limited to 9.000 bottles. Macerated for three weeks with 31 botanicals and aged in 40 years oak barrels using the soleras system. 

Dark brown color with amber highlights. Complex and dense tear. The aroma exhibits botanical and solera tones. It’s texture is full-bodied. 

FOT-LI VERMUT

  • TYPE: VERMOUTH
  • ORIGIN: REUS (SPAIN)
  • VARIETES: WHITE GRENACHE
  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 16% VOL.

Elaborated in oak barrels with aromatic plants following the traditional Reus method. Macerated for three weeks. Production of 25.000 bottles. 

Dark brown with amber highlights. Scented and elegant aroma, herbaceous, with rosemary, sage and also vanilla. Sweet, warm and balanced bouquet with a hint thyme, hazelnut and vanilla. 

LA DANSADA NEGRE

  • TYPE: RED WINE
  • ORIGIN: TERRA ALTA (SPAIN)
  • VARIETES: GRENACHE
  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 15% VOL.

Old vineyard in a unique landscape of between 40 and 60 years old. 30% of the wine has been aged for 3 months in French oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel tanks on their own lees.

Complex and with aromatic intensity, the notes of the flowers suchs as poppy and red fruit stand out. The palate is fresh and elegant with fine and sweet tannins. 


LA DANSADA BLANC

  • VARIETES: WHITE GRENACHE
  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14% VOL.

Old vineyards (between 40 and 60 years) of singular places. Aged for 3 months on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks.  

Floral, delicate and complex wine. The mineral and almond blossom nuances stand out. Fresh and persistent.

 

EUDALD CAVA ROSÉ

  • TYPE: CAVA
  • ORIGIN: PENEDÈS (SPAIN)
  • VARIETES: PINOT NOIR
  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11,5% VOL.

Cava produced from pinot noir grapes from flatter vineyard. Gravelly, sandy and fresh soil yields wines with just the right acidity to create a fine cava. 

Pale straw colour, a slow and continuous stream forms a persistent crown of small bubbles. Ripe fruit on the nose (apple and pear). Soft and persitent bouquet in the mouth leaving a pleasant acidity. 

 

EUDALD CAVA (BRUT NATURE)

  • ORIGIN: PENEDÈS (SPAIN)
  • VARIETES: MACABEO, XAREL·LO, PARELLADA
  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11,5% VOL.

Cava produced from macabeo, xarel·lo and parellada grapes from the flatter vineyards that surround Eudald Massana’s farmhouse.   

Pale straw colour, soft consistence and a long lasting stream of bubbles, strong in the nose, there are notes of sweet pastries with a reminiscence of citrus. A perfect balance of ripness and freshness. Soft, creamy, and dry in the mouth with a long lasting aftertaste. 

 

BCN GIN
